The Live Music Mixing Workshop from Sennheiser Sound Academy and Yamaha open to the general public for the first time
The Live Music Mixing Workshop has travelled around the world and has played in cities like Moscow, Beijing, Amsterdam and Mumbai, usually at music trade fairs. Now it is returning to its roots in Hanover, and for the first time this prestigious workshop is open to future sound engineers or people interested in mixing and setting up live music.

From 22 until 24 September, the MusikZentrum Hannover will be the venue for this workshop where some of the best FOH and monitor engineers in Germany will teach theory and, more importantly, show how a live music event is set up, mixed and played. |
Moderator Gregor Zielinsky: “We have had a very positive feedback for the workshop during trade fairs and exhibitions around the world, and we felt we should also offer this opportunity to the public.” The Early Bird discount price of €249 for the three-day all-inclusive package is available until 20 July. For later bookings, the price of €289 applies. And what really rocks: The package also contains a Sennheiser mic, the e 840, the “little brother” of the e 935 which is used in the wireless version by stars such as Nelly Furtado.
